2nd best medic on the squad. He needs to focus at all times on the battle field as he gets carried away sometimes.

Iceman can have good and bad games, if he's playing well he's hard to kill, but can tilt easily. Look for Iceman to fill in for any missing starters on Big Dick Boys this season.

Gets streaky and his rating can be 90 for short bits of time, then drops to 70 and dies.
The third best marine on the squad skill-wise. Fairly experienced, and vocal. Lock for starter, one of the marines to build the season around.
Solid marine.
Ice shows up in flashes. Can be inconsistent at times and will be looked at to be a solid role player for this group.
He'll kill, he'll put the points up. It will happen, like it or not.

If I could define a B+ marine, it would be Ice. He is right on the cusp of being a real factor; great communication, good focus fire, and good instincts for pushes and retreats.
But then he will have moments where loses attention and focus during tight firefights, and a few sloppy or early deaths can really cost his team.
The Ice that shows up kinda depends on the day, but his good days are definitely starting to outnumber his bad.
Solid player has gotten a lot better since SOE days, lacks in positioning. I expected more from him last season, I'm expecting him to come through this season.
