We were talking about adding AT and sniper back to USL and modifications to naders last off season just this season got pushed through so quick there was no time to implement.

Sniper is still up for debate whether itll be a 50hp shot or a possible 78-79 with the shot doing a tick(like incin nade) to make it a full 80hp giving a medic a chance to heal the shot( this idea was just tossed in the pot by zack)

edit: personally id like SL to just come back but thats just me.

idk man I use the site in both Chrome and Firefox and haven't had any issues with the scroll wheel.

Suggestion: try turning off hardware acceleration in Chrome settings. Go to Options > Advanced > General tab and uncheck either smooth scrolling or hardware acceleration and see if the problem still happens.

I'm on chrome too. It just happens randomly sometimes.
