i think it is better to call him out in front of everyone for 2 reasons:

1.to let other squad capts know that he is trying to double squad so they can prevent it.

2.to shame him so he stops being a scumbag.

Honestly if y'all voted in favor of it, I would just ban him from the game outright. I've been done with him for a while now. And yes, as others mentioned, not sure what happened to him. He used to be just another normal dude but then he started going around constantly impersonating people. The minute I gave him an alias because I thought he was someone else I was done.
