Following a review of recent events, the Unified Skirmish League administration has determined that Kevin engaged in the doxxing of another player, a serious violation of league rules and community standards.
The USL maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the sharing, publication, or dissemination of personal information. Such actions undermine player safety, damage community trust, and are unacceptable in any capacity.
It should also be noted that, by vote and ratification of the League Charter, doxxing offenses were previously established as a violation warranting a full season suspension. This policy was adopted to protect members of the community and to ensure that violations involving personal information are met with appropriate consequences.
As a result, Kevin has been suspended from all Unified Skirmish League competition and league affiliated activities effective immediately. The suspension will cover the remaining three weeks of the current regular season as well as the entirety of the playoffs and following off-season. To satisfy the requirement of a full season suspension for doxxing violations, the ban will remain in effect through the first portion of next season and will expire prior to the final three weeks of that season.
During this suspension:
*Kevin will be ineligible to participate in squad battles, league matches, playoff competition, or any official USL activities.
*Site / Zone ban
*Remain silenced on the USL discord throughout the length of his in-game ban.
