As the season is quickly coming to an end; we would like to continue to shape this league into fun, fair and competitive atmosphere. Our motto as staff has been all about transparency and input driven. Please let us know what you liked about this season, things you would change and/or implement, or things you did not like this season. Two or more brains are always better than one. You may have an idea that may greatly influence this league positively so lets hear them.

Please note: This is a player driven league and everyone's voice deserves to be heard. You will not hurt any head staff member's feelings by giving us input.You are helping us more than hurting.

Draft League please. Roster Lock on start and trades agreements with a trading deadline and this should make it fun. =)

Good start, maybe we can get more people to rate players to get a more accurate average.

What leak said, and lower roster cap. Both admins said in an SL live that fear was a perfect example of what you want for every squad and that they used the salary cap the "right way", try to make it so every squad has to, and then it's more competitive again. If every game every person played could go either way, we could end up doing a 6 sqaud season everyone play everyone twice and it'll be crazy competitive. Just a thought

That's the plan so far Leak. We've had a little discussion about it behind the scenes so far. Also trying to do the ratings different as well, involving a few categories.

Myself I enjoyed the format and the overall more competitive season. There are just a few things that I think need to be done for next season. Make it so there are more people rating players and that there is more rating groups to put people in. I don't think the overall salary cap needs to much changing but that can always be adjusted too.

Keep the feedback coming! We'd like to implement any changes as quickly as possible, and we need your input to learn where we went wrong this season, what we did right, and where we can do better.

To give an idea of what the Head Staff is discussing so far:

--Current ratings will be wiped. This season we had 7 people assigning a single rating to a player, and we would like to increase that number to around 20 people rating multiple areas of a player's game. This is not set in stone at all, but it's something that seems like it will result in a more accurate rating, which we are very much interested in finding.

--The salary cap system will be overhauled. The end result here is entirely up in the air. We know that it needs to happen, and there are multiple (possibly all correct) ways of doing it. We'll be doing a lot of discussion to find the best and most balanced way. The current system is okay, but it can be much, much better.

The Head Staff is committed to ensuring the league is as competitive as it can be, and as fun as possible for everyone involved. Thanks for your feedback, and please keep it coming!
