7.10 SPEC INFO: Spectator information will not be tolerated. Spectator information is any information given to a playing squad by a non-playing person regarding opposing team location, heading, or any details regarding the match. If a squad is proven of using spec info, or not reporting spec info to the Referee or Staff, the squad will be removed from the rest of the season. The offending squad Captain will no longer be allowed to captain a squad in the league. Excessive proof is recommended.

9.1 Appeals- Typically appeals are requested because of a failure to act by the Referee (a rule not being enforced) The rule not being enforced would be spec info.

when we were going through their base pistor specifically said "NO ONE SHOOT ITS NOT ALLOWED, BUT WE ARE ALLOWED TO RUN THROUGH IT. NO ONE SHOOT OR YOU WILL BE SPECCED."

Pistor knew the rules more than the refs... You even see the other ref correct dave saying "nah its legal"... so whats legal??? unethical going back in our rape lines is legal????... NO the only thing that could mean "nah its legal" is us running through their rape lines WITHOUT shooting....

when is rematch?...

Instead of a rematch I think we should force dave to give Chris/Sov to lightwork for minimum 3 weeks.

dave did this on purpose to drive forum traffic so I can confirm all the new features are working as intended.

Pretty sure if you look at it from a judgement perspective that dave, in no way, intentionally gave spec info. By Accident? (It looks like that's a possibility) but you're not going to zero in on some rule to "ban a squad for using spec info" for a situation like this.

Some dumbass (I don't remember who) on allegiance was giving allegiance spec info for 5-10 minutes in a match last season and our squad captain said something publicly about it during said match but I don't recall any of you nerds flipping out about that.

You honestly implying that dave and fausto were colluding because Magic needed spec info when they were already up by whatever amount in a non-close game? PRETTY LEGIT TIME TO CHEAT.

The only reason I knew that rule was kippa flipped out couple seasons ago on a ref for speccing him when we went in enemy rape lines.

No one ever once said that, staley. Intentionally gave it or not, spec info is spec info. Rules are rules. You can't change a rule because you feel the game wouldn't be any different. That's not for you to say. Intentional or unintentional, he did it. Just like if you cross your own rape lines, meaning to or not, you get specd. You're accountable for your own actions. Did he mean to? No, he just didn't know the rules which is also sad, but he still did it and at the end of the day, nothing else matters. He broke a rule, now set a time for rematch fellas ^_^

We never said dave was giving spec info to magic for them to win. We only saying ref error /spec info was used.

Again, intentional or not, spec info is spec info. I'm not sure why that's so hard for you to understand. The rematch comes from the fact that this game is dying, so removing anyone from anything is just dumb. All backs has requested is a rematch, which is very fair to both parties.

Rule 9.1 also says, when a referee breaks a rule it's grounds for appeal. Back to rule 7.1, spec info will not be tolerated, and that's the rule he broke. I hope this is understandable for you now, as it seems you're having some rule understanding issues yourself. Which makes since for two former admins to not know the rules.

Responding solely to albert with this one who keeps zeroing in on the spec info rule as if it's the word of god. Never stated you implied such but that's the impression albert is giving with the consistent mention of the spec info rule which isn't even applicable to the situation.

Appeals in general are situation based. It's fine to look at the rule but you can't keep pointing at a rule and saying "rematch" when the rule doesn't even apply to the situation at hand. You have every right to appeal - I've said above I agree dave made a referee error. I would personally deny the appeal based on the situation but that's up to Fausto (or potentially Champ if Fausto is removed from the equation due to his affiliation with an involved squad) -- assuming the heirarchy is Fausto -> Champ. Could be wrong on that though cause Chris is just going to say he's the webmaster and to leave him out of it.

So if i shoot someone in the face unintentionally I won't go to jail?... lmaooooo come on stop playing.
