I think noire and fairfax made the best posts in this forum. If majority of players have some sort of problem with the selected staff then by all means, vote on the different ideas of how to run USL and implement it. Much better than sitting there with your thumbs up your asses and bitching and moaning about change. DO IT.

Mecca - like the no-rematch last year. Why the fuck would you get a rematch? Se didn't even get a private arena. Like I said before if it doesn't happen to your squad is fine but once it does, end of the world. New admin this. Blah blah blah.

to make this clear to once again, like we mentioned more than 1000 times since it seems to go into one ear of yours and out the other..

the underlying decision was made by the majority of the staff for that match. hardly anyone on staff, if at all, thought it was logical to do a rematch.

i was the only to speak out to you guys about it after josh came out with the decision - which is why you guys cried about josh listening to "just navy".

also, like mizz mentioned, you guys only cry, bitch, and moan when something happens to you guys. take your fucking losses like men and stop crying like it's the end of the world. it's a fucking video game. maybe you should devote all this energy and time you have complaining into League (get out of bronze) and the rest of your life, however good or bad it may be.

Also, for everyone else - I assume Lana will be nominated as Admin? I will support any community made decisions. However, like noire mentioned earlier: I think the plan of having a captain from each team on some sort of "board of directors" for USL isn't a bad idea. If anything happens (I guess, mostly to mecca or apollo) it can be directed to this said "board" and a vote can be held for different options. Admin will be there to just lead it and forward the meetings in general, as well as having direct communication with Champion, who runs the USL site and Mizz (and whoever else) who runs the game. Any inputs?

Additionally, to anyone crying about the rules and shit. I'm pretty sure I spammed this after the game a few weeks ago but it clearly states in the "non-updated" rules that there is to be no speccing of a player during a battle. I'm pretty sure I spammed it and it is listed 3 or more times in the rules.

ONCE AGAIN, there is a FUCKING FORUM on updated rules suggestions where I ASK THE COMMUNITY TO GIVE THEIR INPUT ON VARIOUS OR ADDITIONAL RULES. It is a fucking sticky forum at the very top and has not been transferred over to the actual rules page because input was momentarily stopped. If you want to discuss it, GO THERE - don't complain about the rules already listed, TALK about what YOU think should be changed - and if there is community agreement then it WILL BE CHANGED. Do you understand? It's not that fucking hard.

I don't post that shit in the forums because im dictating how the rules should be. It's for the community. It's a democratic rule.

Also no, you didn't state any rule that said you can't spec a player. Because there is none. If you seem to think there is id love a copy/paste from the rules. Or you can just avoid again or tell the captains to stfu during a match like you and our wonderful ex-admin did, after a valid complaint. :)

Now with that ANSWER clearly in your brain.. hopefully. I'll list them out.

1.4 Substitutions are unlimited and may be made at any time during a match, with one exception: substitutions will not be made if the teams are engaged in combat.

5.1 Any player found in violation of the Ping and Packet loss restrictions will be considered ineligible for minimum players and will be removed from play if they are currently playing. No slot will be lost.

This is as clear as 2+2. SURELY you've taken elementary mathematics?

In addition to this rule: first time Easoe was taken out was due to ploss over 5% and from visual lag. The reason he was put back in was because he relogged, did whatever, and said it was fine and his ploss was below 5%. Spontaneous lag can happen, right? Pretty sure I've seen some of you guys say "oh I just logged in, sometimes I lag at the beginning". I don't just sit there saying, "yeah whatever he's not lagging move on" - I specced him the entire time he was in.

If you had a problem with speccing a player AT ANY POINT WITHIN A USL MATCH - you should have pointed this out before it befell on to your team. Seriously, there are so many worse laggers out there and I don't see you complaining about it when it's happening in a match you or your team are NOT A PART OF. I've played in matches where Savage was drifting across the map (i love you savage your commentary is awesome) and I haven't said shit because it happens. You just hear us say wow fuck that lag and move on.

Anyway... with the continuous amount of bitching and moaning about rules - seriously. Go to the updated rules sticky forums and make your complaints there.
