Predators are back with intermittent flickers of the fearsomely aggressive Juggernaut core; SM, Splittah & Jekyll.
After Beavis(r) and Buttheads(haup) loss to lifers last season where Predators was officially turned into Prey by Lyric The Legend, they have decided to go with a less intimidating squad name this season as opposed to trying to add another ring to the name of Juggernaut or Predators to
avoid any further embarrassments.
I do feel bad for this squad because they are struggling to find active players. With that being said, if anyone can carry some of the Predators players from last season to some W's it would be the 3 mentioned above. If you added let's say Herc/Khaos to this roster it could soon get very scary (providing the jugg core were active).
Let's have a look at the potential starting roster:
SM:
He is still very dangerous and aggressive. Possibly the best all around player of all time on KR. Similar skills to legacy.
If worms can just stay alive for long enough he could adapt to his old playstyle and carry hard.
Split:
If i can remember splittah/raver were very closely tied for the most kills in the history of USL. He used to be absolutely unbeatable up close. There would be arenas of people trying to beat his charging ass down in duels for hours and nobody was really ever successful. Deadly charging white rhino who will take a stinky shit on most of the modern era when he unfades.
R:
Beavis can lead fine but it's difficult to stay awake for the 30 minutes during SBs with him. He is mechanically weak but has glimmers of brilliance with laws. He never gives up no matter how hard is team is losing and stays positive which is rare in infantry.
Haup:
Butthead is the most hillarious little fella on infantry. One simple comment can send butthead into overdrive and he will ignore all orders for an entire SB and hunt you down and count the kills he gets from you.
We all know haup is actually very good but cannot seem to shake the ability to have very good games and very awful games. He really picked up his game season 1 during playoffs so hopefully
can do the same again.
Bronco:
Overlooked last season to being Key to alot of Tanks early dominance last season. Talked alot and was yoshi/pris right hand man. I'm pretty sure he will shot call for this squad and be key to some W's.
Jekyll:
THE YELLOW DART. Disgustingly good mouser. He used to be my favorite player to watch in his ripper days in Skirmish League. Can single handedly carry an entire team on his back. Also one of the smarter players.
slob:
He will do better this season with smarter players. He has been thrown into playing with weaker squads as medic and hasn't had much of a chance to show his experience/skill yet. Has rings all over his penis.
Tornado(own)/Mizz:
Both good but lack map awareness.
Tornado is really skilled and will do well on this squad. He used to play on own in SL but nobody seems to remember him.
Mizzouse quite clearly the king of trick nades. Will lose an SB if it means trolling you for 30 minutes and having fun. magmar.
I know draco is on on the roster but i haven't seen him on at all.
The old Juggernaut core was argurably the most talented squad in the history of USL. They had everything. 1v1 ability, map awareness, leadership and were the funnest squad to watch because they used crazy set plays nobody else had seen before.
Legacy was destroying everyone last time he was on so with the hopeful return of him and whoever else they could get back and get active from Juggernaut this squad could quickly go from a squad fighting for playoffs to a squad that could potentially win USL.
Also i think Romulocks will be doing a pre-season review for skirmish league live on all the squads this season so don't forget to keep an eye checked for that.
