Also I thought everyone overwhelmingly hated tiers because it's almost impossible to properly assign players to certain skill levels do you sort by poll? Stats? combination of both?

I said the ability to use them not give everyone them, sort off how sapper can fire laws but doesn’t spawn with one

Just like how I wanted a system to force diversity with maps I would love the league to force diversity amongst classes. Req a baser or sapper I like a lot. But maybe also using a sniper or ripper along with forcing a nader/ sappet

Trying to force anything when your population is barely holding on is a pretty bad idea. If you want people to play other classes then either make them better or nerf marine somehow. Another way is possibly changing up map design. The maps are designed in a way that marines and LMGs will always be the desired class. As it stands right now we don't necessarily have "class developers", only map developers.

There will always be good and bad players, and with a population this small they are forced to play in the same league when they dont really belong together. "Bad players git good" wont necessarily solve the problem either. If PI and MG improved to the level of mid tier squads they'd still lose to the top ones, then the best players could leave and make a 3rd stacked squad. I believe you guys when you say there lots of players who won't improve, but I dont assume that is the only reason why the league doesn't have parity. As someone new to usl promoting parity would make the league more interesting to me, but I dont feel that it must be done.

Some spitball ideas:

- Nerf marine/lmg ammo capacity, remove marine/lmg ammo spawning with medics and give rippers/naders/sniper (only one or 2 of these classes) an ammo crate ability similar to support class in the Battlefield games.

This way you don't really <i>force</i> people to use other classes but it's probably a good idea so you don't run out of ammo.

HS has been messing with classes / settings but they've been more pub classes such as rocket trooper(which I love) engineer and that scout that can snipe. we'd have to really brain storm and think what could be viable on these maps and go from there with possibly altering classes / implementing new ones.

id be down for that, promotes more pushing to kill the other marines for ammo instead of the drawn out camp fights.

Need a class that can make portable one way physics, or give a already existing class the ability to do so. Like a sandbag defense area or something that can be shot through from the side it was created. That would help Nader/Ripper out in all the wide open areas on these maps. Make it a long cooldown and last for say 10/20 seconds.

it would force more killing and it would change up team compositions so that a support class is useful to the whole team, hence the name support.

I would propose:

- Marines now have a 250 ammo capacity. LMG has a 350 ammo capacity.
- Medics no longer spawn with 4mm ammo
- Ripper or Nader spawns with a one time use ammo crate item that spawns similar to an ammo depot for everyone on the team to replenish their respective ammo. You get a new ammo crate each time you respawn from death.

The ammo crate can obviously only be used by the team that spawned it and it lasts for like 30 seconds.

They are all over the map already, those little bunker areas. Just make a portable one that can be used at any given time and make it a tiny bit smaller than the ones on KR

Make sniper bullets 82HP... y'all pussies walk around in matches too freely... Give snipers 80hp and 82HP shots... yall gon see people play sniper then! I guarantee it... stupid idiots.
