I agree with Emp here. It looks coincidental, but I trust Emp and do not believe it was intentional. I support our Lord Emp and believe Sniper should be banned for longer than he currently is.

That would be fine if he just kept the original set roster lock to happen after week 3 matches but he decided to go with a random middle of the road option and set it for 10pm on a Wednesday.

So you can see the issue, or maybe you cant because of this statement.

I think most agree that a Wednesday roster lock is bad. ^

I agree that the timing is suspicious, but what I'm saying is that Distrikt would've left regardless. Just because it was minutes before roster lock (and because Emp didn't set the roster lock right at 10), I don't think it's enough to lynch the guy. I believe Emperor is a mostly upstanding guy and wouldn't do something that slimy, so he has my vote of faith.

wrong. Emp is not a stand up person (at least not at one time), this is from a personal experience I had with him seasons ago. I couldn't careless about that situation now but slimy is a good word to describe him based off my experience at that time. nothing against him now or since then but i would not rule out the suspicious actions behind this whole roster lock thing.

i try to stay out of infantry politics but if backs was banned because he broke a rule/policy then why is it ok for others to break the rules without penalty?

If roster lock had a set posted time the advertised time/date should be honored as it was written. Don't set a time/date if you do not plan on being able to log on and lock the rosters at the time you set forth.

I have not read anything in the rules page, I did see the announcement with roster lock time/date and that is all I saw. I did not do any research further then that so unless I'm missing something else the switch in squads should not have been permitted.

Given that it appears nothing will change about it and that's fine if and only if you allow a break of rules for backs and remove his ban on this weeks match.

And are you guys still whining that I didn't retroactively force Distrikt back onto his squad because I said "10pm"? Get over yourselves. I didn't kick anyone after 10pm to make room for him. I didn't convince him to leave Backs squad at the last minute. Distrikt beat the roster lock as far as I am concerned. If anyone else had been trying to leave at 10:03 or 10:04 or whenever, they would have been perfectly fine in my opinion too.
