This squad looks pretty strong, despite my last Analysis I do think Kippa is a capable leader and right now this squad looks to be my biggest competition, they have solid marines and solid medics. I do not see a lot of weaknesses in this squad.

Not sure why Khaos decided to remake my pal Mr.Clean's squad, but he does have a very good track record and will probably do the name justice. They have really good marines, but a lot of mediocre marines so this season will be a true test for Khaos to see what he is capable of without the best marine lineup. They really need meds to back up the marines

I had trouble deciding which squad would be 4th or 5th in my ranking between them or worms, but I chose friends because they seem to have more depth and leadership. I know dave is one of the best shot callers in the league and you have solid marines in extreme, killer and draco. Warhawk though, he can either carry your squad or lose you games. He really needs to cut out the crazy deaths (love you andrew).

#5 Worms

This squad has potential to either beat the top tiered squads or lose to the lower tiered squads. Trisance is a huge plus though for them. Can he carry games? We will see. Either way him joining helped them greatly. They have really good medics and a solid marine lineup, but no real depth it looks like.

From the last time I made an analysis they lost Deviak and picked up Kay Double-U and Havok.. Seems like a good trade. If CB wants to make any type of upset this season he needs to show his absolute best lineup

The lineup isn't complete which is why I rated them so low, they need to recruit and start practicing ASAP. If Armor actually shows and plays they will be much higher up on the list.

I'm not sure who leads for these guys since daes is way too laggy to play. Him not being in definitely hurts the team. Hopefully the hardcorps Legend Locced can teach these guys how to stay alive! P.S. this Rangersmith~ guy is a fucking legend.

I played on FF and I made it for my homie Maddux. I figure the goal is to finally win FF a championship, worse comes to worst I can blame the FF curse if we don't win lol

Estival did a lot of the leading; when I was on FF; Maddux assisted for the majority of the time. I do believe Maddux led an entire season or two from what I remember. Estival was a smart leader too.

SL5 - Mr.Clean

When i joined this squad back in between SL1 and SL2 we were far more different than we are today. Back in the day we had many factions of this squad; the FF Training squad, the FF main squad and the FFA(leaders). When i joined i had to be in the lower ranks of the training squad, and through commitment i worked my way all the way up through to FFA, and had the privilege to work with some of the finest players to ever grace the v2 map.

This i believe, is an analogy of how FF has grown as a squad. I remember the first SL event we ever took part in, the SL2 Entrance Tournament, where we lost our first match to M&Ms and were 5 seconds away from losing to some no-name squad from Trench (Explosive Tacos?). But we fought back, aborted the 20s timer and ended up winning the game(i love u killbybomb). Through that season we worked hard, practicing 5 times a week(sometimes 6), to overcome all doubters and make it to the playoffs above a seasoned veteran squad, Cygnus. In the playoffs we had our setbacks losing to the eventual SL champs, The Alliance. But that didn't stop us.

Over the offseason we lost some parts to FF that were key to our success, but we gained new members who helped us along in the following season. SL3 was looking good, we weren't considered among the elite in SL just yet, but we were getting prepared to make our mark. We continued to improve, and the standings showed it, we had a better winning % then we did the season before. We made it to the playoffs in a higher ranking too, but sadly, as luck would have it, we lost again to the eventual SL champs, Centre Stage. BUT not after stealing a game away from them in under 2 minutes, and putting up a strong fight each game, and solidifying our position as one of (if not THE) best flag/strat squad in the SL.

The offseason came again and we worked more. Some of our leaders left us to pursue personal goals and we recruited some fine young players to replace them. SL4 was to be our best season yet. We had a great lineup that included for the first time, top10 rated players. Our success continued into the playoffs where we had our best run, beating New Beginning in the first round, but then taking another step back after losing in the semi-finals. That would not hold us back though.

The players recruited during SL4 (specifically from mech) had a hard time adjusting at first, but during the offseason between SL4 and SL5 we continued to be the most active SL squad, practicing and scrimmaging as much as possible. It was apparent that SL5 would be a season to look forward to. While we had a major blow to our self-esteem in the first week with a loss to SL4 finalists, "u". We would go on to win 13 weeks straight. A streak only beaten by the SL4 Champs, WarDogs since the extremely long SL2 season(18 weeks). FF lived up to expectations of finally being among the elite and even exceeded them after many "upsets" predicted by the league population. We though, knew we had the potential to beat anyone. We ended the season with the most players on FF ever to be on the top10 lists, a great accomplishment to those who have been working with FF for so long. Most importantly, we expanded our squad into a Skirmish WIDE squad, where we have representatives from many home zones. Our success was also carried over into the MSL where almost half our squad participated in a single mech squad, Core, who has had a great run of their own.

Here we are, in the SL5 playoffs. We are a squad made up of v2 veterans and mech veterans, who working together to form, in my opinion, the best squad in the Skirmish League. In skill, in smarts and most importantly, in character. I noted that my journey through FF is an analogy to FFs history in general. From being a squad mostly of newbs(FF training), working hard and becoming a respected average squad in SL(General FF), and pushing ourselves to become the best Skirmish has to offer through our activeness and our determination(getting into FFA), we are but one stage away from our goal.

Our Goal is clear, our path lies ahead of us. FF has always been a squad based on our character, our togetherness, and this is how we shall take this path to the SL championships. Together as FiN@L~F@Te
