As a result of Sundays match, I was deeply saddened by the attitude of some of the players in response to the referee (Pandy).

In any sport when you speak to a ref in such a terrible and repulsive manner you are punished. With that said I would like to start a petition that any degree of flaming by the opposing captain should be punished by a simple yellow card which is when the miss a week.

If they continue the flaming they will then get a red card and miss the rest of the season.

It is important to understand we must be respective to one another and take defeat with a bit of grace.

Most importantly it is essential when you win you do so in a dignified manner. You must not rub it in the opposing squads face continiously due to their mis-fortune of missing out. There is only so mant times a squad can be defeated in the playoffs before they get mad and become a bitter loser.

I would like to take another opportunity to congradulate snakes on another successful season of managing to make the playoffs in putting in such a valiant display.
