i dont give camp timers out until 30 seconds before they are required to move. i believe it sways the way squads lead if they have prior knowledge that a squad is camping. thats why i never say anything when a squad asks for "camp timer?" since that would possibly affect the way that capt leads if they have knowledge that the opposite squad is camping, thus why i try to keep that time to a minimum that they do know about the camping.

camp timers are stopped as soon as both squads see each other for obvious reasons.
