Sicario - 9.1/10: Great performances.

Pixels - 7.2/10: Was sorta cool but mostly dumb.

Last 5 movies watched:

Sicario - 8.9/10 (fucking solid film, benicio del toro is golden)
The Martian - 6.9/10 (decent, overrated though)
Se7en - 9.1/10 (was on for halloween, one of the best thrillers ever made)
No Escape - 6/10 (straight to DVD, if you go in not expecting much its pretty good)
Everest - 6.5/10 (not bad, worth a 1 time viewing)

Life Aquatic - 6.5/10. I'm a fan of Wes Anderson so decided to finally watch this one. Really liked it but thought it was a bit underdeveloped, especially compared to Moonrise Kingdom/Grand Budapest. Although a lot of people say this is their fav.

Sicario - 9/10. Will say no more, excellent movie.

Minority Report - 8.5/10. Got around to watching this a couple weeks ago, thought it was great. Spielberg one of the few directors who has the ability to wrap things up at the end in a nice bow.

The Martian - 6/10. Thought it was okay at best. Interstellar ftw.

City of God - 9.5/10. Fucking masterpiece. It's on netflix, watch it.

Blue Ruin - 7/10. Got a lot of hype, thought it was a very well written revenge movie, on netflix too.

Blanking out on some other stuff I've watched recently but that should do it.

Goodnight Mommy - 8/10. German/Swedish film with subtitles. Really creepy and suspenseful. Check it out.

Starlet - 8/10 - Super good underrated film, check it out.

Roadhouse - 10/10 - all time classic, why I started tai chi.

The Martian - 6/10 - Meh, good movie... but I wanted it to be the best of the year... and it just wasn't.

The Man from U.N.C.L.E. - 5.5/10 - Probably Guy Ritchie's 2nd worst movie (swept away)

Black Mass - 7/10 - Would rather just watch the departed for the 20th time then rewatch this, not awful though.

FOREST GUMP 11/10
