I'm looking to have this done by tomorrow and then started this weekend. I know it's memorial day weekend but it shouldn't make much of a difference since duels can happen whenever. I will wipe the current registered users and open up registration again probably Saturday.
I'm probably going to make some small tweaks during the season but if there are any changes/additions to this that you'd like to see or you think should be there then let me know.
STILL LOOKING FOR REFS/HOSTS TO HELP OUT WITH THIS. You literally just watch the duel and make sure no rules are broken and then input the score in the usldl management page (which you will get access to).
