I was wondering the minimum games or seconds one has to play to receive a player rating score?
I've seen some players play as little as 2 1/2 games like babble and get a rating score but others with about 3 games got - (blank) score.

Isn't it if you played half the season?
In this case if you played 3 games you should get assigned a rating?

if you play the first or 2nd game of the season you'll be assigned a rating but there's a bug if you come in and play like the last 2 or 3 of the season where your rating won't assign. something I haven't fixed yet. I need to make the rating script calculate the penalties after the stats and not before.

I’m curious to know what my Season 16 rating would have been if the above bug wasn’t a thing.

In your case, since you only played 2 games out of a 7 game season I don't think the bug necessarily affected you.

I had a 90 rating as med, and it dropped to 46 when I played marine in the last match. Delete the most recent game's stats ty.
