Not enough people from New Money voted for them to even count. Also, you're forgetting the squadless people. So it's more in favor of Bomb's map when you exclude the captains no matter how you look at it.

4 out of those 6 have played USL. Doesn't matter if they played last season or 5 seasons ago. They've all played in the league at one point and their opinion matters.

I'm sorry man, but when a vote is that close the logical thing is to go to captains, so you can delete two votes from my map because they were not submitted when YOU thought, but Armor already announced what map it would be. So lets focus on the season shall we?

Bomb's map wins 2 out of 3 polls but it's somehow not the map we're using. Cool. Everyone make sure to remember that your votes don't really mean anything if you aren't a captain/co-captain. And make sure your squad has the full 3 co-captain slots filled or else your votes will mean even less.

I think armor did the right thing. Both maps having an equal amount of votes pretty much it is only natural the deciding factors would be a captains vote.
