We have finalized the ratings and updated the salary costs. This will be the first and last time that costs will change, so captains can feel confident when recruiting. Your squad pages should be updating soon to reflect this.
Please view the spreadsheet to see what costs have changed:

To summarize:
We've grouped players together slightly differently to create more accurate costs. Instead of grouping players together by a 5 point difference (75-79, 80-84), it is now a 3 point difference (74-76, 80-82). Costs have been created for each bracket to better reflect their rating. We feel that this will more accurately price players within each bracket. The salary cost should now reflect the difference between an 80 rated player and an 84 rated player. There are two areas of note: 73 rating and below is bracketed the same as it was previously. 86-89 is a 4 point difference instead of a 3.
The salary costs have been updated:
--- The top 10 players now cost the same at 225 points.
--- 86-89 rating bracket costs 160.
--- 83-85 costs 130.
--- 80-82 costs 115.
--- 77-79 costs 95.
--- 74-76 costs 75.
We feel that these updated brackets more accurately represent the skill of each player, and that the updated costs allow more flexibility on part of the top players, while making it more difficult to join with the upper-mid tier players. It makes it easier for top players to play with the lowest ranked, while making it more expensive to play with upper-mid tier.
The salary cap is not being adjusted. If many players are being left out before the start of the season, it may see a small increase but that announcement will be at a later date if necessary. If you have any questions/concerns, please post them or mail Fausto, Fax, or myself.
