I didn't even see dp because he's tagged as marine, and I've never seen the other three medic before so I'm going to assume that's for a reason.

I guess at this point trying to get a medic duo like Nick/Stav is going to be difficult. I just think that's your guys glaring weakness. The other teams have dumped a good portion of their salary into medics while you guys banked on having a lot of marines/a full roster. The only real reliable medic you guys have is dp(who was a steal for 65 points).

The ratings are totally fucked and based strictly on reputation instead of recent performance and that isn't good. People don't seem to realize that their rating of a player can totally fuck them over and alienate squads from recruiting them.

I'm 95, when I don't think anyone thinks I'm good based on individual skill, I haven't played in 2 seasons. And out of the 7 seasons, I've only led 2 and a half of those seasons and didn't even win anything.

hustler - 115, while he is a decent med, is he really worth 115? Would you really put hustler and manu - someone who is more vocal, has shot calling ability, probably more active.. and has won champs the first 5 seasons in a row in the same category.

I can go on and on, but I feel like you should be able to challenge a cost of a player and have it seriously looked at in an unbiased way if we're going to do that. Right now its just a bunch of random USLers voting on players right? I feel like there is always going to be bias.

Look at CB, he costs 40.. but do you really think he is 40? Skill alone, should put him around the 75 cost and ontop of that his ability to lead.

the way it is a smaller group is rating players and everyone has a view on how they see other players, its not gonna be perfect and i think a few have said that. but getting everyone to rate everyone seems a monumental task, especially seeing how hard it seems to be with each person that joins FA list and has to be rated by that group of players that rate. each time one comes in it seems to take a while to get all the raters to do it, imagine that times all the players. i totally agree with you mark but is the best way they have so far. they have me at 40, assholes overpricing me.

who is rating these players? dp, staley, eric, district and dave? I think it would be interesting to see their ratings of every individual publicly and maybe having a forum thread dedicated to challenging their ranking of a player. They state their case why they voted that player that way, and the person challenging him has to present their case... if enough people feel strongly that the salary staff did an unjust ranking, maybe Armor can adjust their cost (seems like a pretty unbiased fair guy).

armor is pretty unbiased but he isn't really in this anymore, i see a pretty much all squads taking guys they wouldnt have before and them getting to play, which really is a good thing and who knows that may prove you more right on the ratings, maybe a rated 20 kicks ass. yes the system isnt perfect because you have that pool of people rating but that is the peramiters for this season. how they chose who was rating i dont know but it is what it is, you have a great looking bunch mark see how it goes, i like the interesting activity factor, that is gonna seem to be a big player on if peoples big spending shows.
whats the right play, go big on variables or solid on lower rated.
