Since when was it a rule to play all of the players u have logged on? As a captain from last season i never knew that it was a rule. So even if they have 8's on they don't have to play with 8's.

I don't think you guys realize how easy that is to manipulate. You're telling the staff to make judgement calls based on individual emotions. So if I'm on a squad and we have 8 on, but my squad wants to go 7 for tactical advantage, I could simply say, "Hey...fuck this squad. I don't want to play and their dumb." Then next week, I can have a change of heart? It's never worked like that, but again this is my experience from SOE talking so the game wasn't quite this dead. I'm not suggesting that you stick a player in game that doesn't want to play and they just sit in DS, but their slot should be used. Every situation has to be treated the exact same way regardless of how the individual player "feels" that day or we end up throwing consistency out the window.

In the current standing of the NT rules, I believe an NT could've been used? Knifeysporky was in spec, for instance, and probably would've helped kill us harder. Same could have applied to us had enough people not showed up. We had Big Bird in spec and he has no desire to play. If he was in the arena at the start and we didn't have anyone else on, we could have ended up playing down a man because we had 8 on or playing an NT to fill the spot.
