All I read there is "Fuck those guys", but I see chica/brake trying to get SBs just as much as any other squad and Hypocrites have SBed a few times in the past week as well. They put in the effort just like Pam, worms, rejects or whoever. It's not their fault that a lot of the time, other squads won't SB them. Fuck 'em though, right?

Staely putting words in my mouth doesn't make anything you say right. All you're doing is showing how you really feel about them. I never once said fuck them or fuck those guys, I was honest. They both used nt's the first TWO matches of the season. When they sb, they use nts. They just aren't active. It's a fact. What you're saying however is just fiction. You're ignoring the fact that it was also said that its a compromise, and choosing to make some random shit up that never once came out of my mouth. Didn't put words in your mouth. Mudfly and Hypocrites are squads. If your argument is we should have more squads in the play-offs because of activity, then there is absolutely NO reason to not include Mudfly and Hypocrites in the play-offs.

If your argument is "It's so close between the top 6 squads that all should be in the play-offs" then say that. But if that's the argument, isn't that the point of play-offs? To you know, compete to get into them? We aint in fuckin' little league, bro. Everybody doesn't get a trophy.

I'm not trying to take sides on this but from what you're saying it does kind of sound like you're writing them off because they aren't active (which is a valid point). The league just happens to be in a really weird position right now. People want to promote more activity and include 2 more squads in the playoffs but complain that the bottom 2 squads aren't active enough. If we don't include all 8 then it's an even bigger blow to their activity. But including all 8 makes seasons pointless. There really isn't much of a compromise that I can think of here.

What we need is smaller rosters next season

just keep it 4 squads, man up, and earn your way into the playoffs. is the end of season inactivity that big of a deal? some of you make it seem like it will kill the league but every season we all come back with 8 squads

Unlike you, I can't about the game and league. My sqaud is making play offs regardless of 4 or 6 squad playoffs. again, you're putting words in my mouth because you can't handle the idea that I actually care. Clearly you have issues here.

It's actually sad you can't get past the idea that people care enough to suggest things and it's not to be selfish. Pgh is a clear choice for playoffs, yet you're still saying im afraid I won't make playoffs. We're winning the season it don't matter how many squads make playoffs ;)

Just for the record, our first match we didn't have nt's. Also the majority of our sb's are with 0 or 1 nt. We just had a sunday where everyone was having personal stuff on the same day.

After reading this thread I have come to the realization that my squad is full of alcoholics. They can't even type right. Write? Right. (I just laughed at that). I am with Champion on this. Honestly, it does go either way. Sure it might promote activity but at the same time it wont promote competitiveness.

You can't have a league with 5-6 viable squads in it who all make the playoffs. I can guarantee i will just win 2-3 games and forfeit the rest and show up to playoffs.

This is possibly the most moronic argument I have witnessed in a long time. Nearly as bad as awarding re-matches based on non existing rules (bad sportsmanship) and deluded staff members.

I think you're missing the point of having more squads in the playoffs. If you forfeit games you have no chance at being #1 seed. Not to mention a squad wouldn't forfeit a game in this league because everyone has a hard on for kill awards.
