To incentivize staff participation, I will implement the following changes:
- Referee, Senior Referee, Head Referee, Analyst will now receive a more substantial boost to their rank points on their profile.
- Every game you referee or analysis you submit will add to your rank points.
- You must referee at least 2 games per season (either as main or co ref) and submit at least 2 squad breakdowns or match previews per season in order to keep your staff position. And these points will only be available on your profile if you are an active staff member.
With these changes, the hope is that people will start to contribute and help lighten the load so that there isn't just 1 or 2 referees for every game. I will implement these changes soon. But if you wish to join the staff, check the "Staff" link on the left menu to submit an application.
