Would it be possible to show a little icon, kinda like the envelopes, on the online users list to show who is on the chat?

Neat, captains stay logged into chat if you can. Would be easier to organize sbs instead of logging in, noticing nobody is on and logging off.

Should I lengthen the timeout period? I think it's 2-5m now; should it be 10-15m?

Seems like the timeout is 2-3 minutes atm. 10-15 would be better. Right now, you could get logged out just for using the bathroom. You'll see more people on there if the timeout is higher, I think.
