Anyone should be able to captain set captain lists make it feel more like a draft.

Season start date - salary cap defined better - salary cap ceiling - etc..

We have had plenty of draft leagues in this game. It doesn't work out too well.
Noone voted for a draft league in the poll. Why does it keep getting brought up?

0-100 scale
50= average for usl not pub
going in 5 increments. lowest was a 30, highest was a 95
free agent list
alphabetical order
